Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s educational institutions promote his vision of education for human transformation. The unique concept of value based integral education was designed by Baba to ensure the deep inner transformation of the student and their education at Bab’s Institute. His aim was to provide quality education to students.
The purpose of this institute is to inculcate ethical and moral values in students along with secular education. The guiding principle will be the transformation of students with the integration of ethics and values. Along with academics, the institute aims to provide a holistic framework of interpersonal development for students. The residential nature of the campus will help train the mind, body and spirit of the students.

It would be very similar to the Gurukula system of education of the ancient times but in the modern context.
